Any order placed with the company TAXI NENDAZ implies acceptance of the sales conditions (hereinafter) which are an integral part of the transport contract signed between TAXI NENDAZ and its client.
RATES
The rates communicated through our booking module are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the period or desired time. To confirm the rates, please request a QUOTE.
The transfer rate applies to a direct journey with no stops from the pickup point to the destination, with the service ending immediately afterward. The amount of luggage carried is proportional to the vehicle’s capacity. Our rates include VAT at 8% on all our services. The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes and include the vehicle, driver service, insurance for transported persons, fuel, tolls, and parking fees that were not initially included in the route, which remain the responsibility of the client. The price given corresponds to a price per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers (maximum of 1 to 4 passengers for sedans). Please note that all photos provided on our documents and website are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. A 20% surcharge on the total price is applicable from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
BOOKING
CONCERNING PRIVATE TRANSPORT, BUSINESS, TRANSFER, AND VEHICLE HIRE
Any service reserved in advance must be accompanied by a written booking, along with payment of the price for the planned service. The service price must be paid in CHF in advance before the service is provided. Any booking must be made at least 12 hours before the service begins. It must be made by the client or an authorized representative. The booking must include the place of service execution, the number of passengers, and the name and contact details of the service beneficiary if different from the client.
CONCERNING CUSTOM QUOTE REQUESTS, EVENTS, SPECIAL TRANSPORTS
Upon receiving your request, we will send you a quote based on the details provided. This quote, when confirming the services, must be returned to us, dated, signed, and accepted, either by mail or email, to ensure mutual respect. The final booking of the vehicle for our services (CUSTOM QUOTES, EVENTS, SPECIAL TRANSPORTS) will only be considered upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the quoted price. The balance must be paid 24 hours before the service. Regarding tourism, events, any cancellation by the client must be communicated 2 days before the service. For any reservation canceled less than 2 days before the service, 100% of the service amount will be charged.
CANCELLATION
PRIVATE TRANSPORT, BUSINESS, TRANSFER, AND VEHICLE HIRE
Any cancellation must be communicated 24 hours before the service starts. Otherwise, for any reason, a fixed and non-deductible penalty will be charged equal to the amount initially quoted at the time of booking.
SERVICE
The service is only valid once, and if the client is not present at the meeting point, the service will be permanently lost with no entitlement to a refund. If the client cannot find the driver, they must immediately call TAXI NENDAZ to avoid being charged the full service amount. Any waiting time beyond a one-hour grace period will be charged at the hourly rate mentioned in our pricing for the reserved vehicle category. Any additional hour started will be fully charged. Any damage caused inside the vehicle will be at the client’s expense. Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. The seatbelt must be worn at all times. Under no circumstances can the client ask the driver to exceed the speed limit or commit any road violations. The responsibility of our drivers is engaged during the vehicle hire period, and they are instructed to comply with and enforce the current laws.
TAXI NENDAZ reserves the right to terminate the service if the driver notices that the client is committing an offense, such as drug use, alcohol consumption, or if the client’s behavior endangers the driver’s safety or that of the vehicle, or if the client is insulting toward the driver.
DURATION AND PLACE OF SERVICE EXECUTION
Unless otherwise agreed in advance by both parties, the service starts at the day and time specified in the contract from the vehicle’s parking location. It ends at the day and time the vehicle returns to the starting point. The scope and cost of the service were freely determined between TAXI NENDAZ and the client before the service execution. These are outlined in the contract signed by both parties before the service is carried out.
Included in the service are, without prejudice to any options defined with the client:
- The vehicle as provided to the client;
- Driver service, speaking at least French;
- Insurance for transported persons, fuel, mileage, and time determined during the booking or contract conclusion;
- Transport of the client’s luggage, within the vehicle’s capacity.
Not included in the service are:
- Tolls, parking, or entry fees at locations chosen by the client or required for service execution.
- Entrance fees to public places or others chosen by the client or necessary for the service.
CHANGES DURING SERVICE
Any route modification by the client during the service, resulting in program changes, may incur additional charges to be paid on-site or at the end of the service. If the route or duration changes due to the client’s request, the driver will note this on the work order and have it signed by the responsible person. Any change in duration or route solely due to the client’s will will be charged to the client.
PAYMENT
Our services are payable at the time of booking, except for clients with an account with us. We accept payments via credit cards (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. In all cases, the client signing the booking is solely responsible for payment of the service. Any additional service will be billed based on the per-mile and per-hour rate specified in the order form. By express agreement, any unit of billing (hour, kilometer, etc.) started is due.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
TAXI NENDAZ cannot be held responsible for delays in transport times due to circumstances beyond its control: road closures, bridges closed to traffic, detours, flooded roads, traffic jams, interventions by the police, customs, or fire departments, etc. (this list is not exhaustive). TAXI NENDAZ cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure: strikes, weather conditions, attacks, riots, etc. (this list is not exhaustive). TAXI NENDAZ cannot be held responsible for delays directly caused by a client’s initial delay or the need to complete a journey within an insufficiently short time as requested by the client.
If the vehicle breaks down during the trip due to a mechanical failure, accident, or damage (theft, degradation), TAXI NENDAZ will try to continue the trip either with one of its own vehicles or a vehicle hired from another company and will notify the client of any changes.
Clients’ luggage or other items remain the responsibility of the person being transported. The driver is required to comply with the regulations regarding vehicle circulation and ensure the safety of the vehicle’s occupants.
The number of passengers allowed (including the driver) is specified in the vehicle’s technical characteristics and must not be exceeded.
INSURANCE
TAXI NENDAZ’s liability is limited to the clauses of our insurance contract. Our vehicles are insured for passenger transport, and our passengers are covered for bodily injury by our insurer Zürich, covering professional civil liability in compliance with Swiss regulations under the transport code.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
TAXI NENDAZ is committed to respecting the privacy of its clients. The personal information and other data provided will only be used to improve the service provided and will never be shared with third parties.
POLICE AND SECURITY RULES
The vehicle and the driver will have the necessary documents to ensure proper transport operations. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is also prohibited according to beverage laws. Seat belts must be worn by all passengers in vehicles equipped with them.
